Although Elite Workshop is not primarily a weight loss program, most women who participate have at least some weight loss as a stated aim. 5kg weight loss in six weeks is the highest rate at which weight can be lost in a healthy and sustainable way. Elite Workshop promotes heath above all alse and will not agree to a stated aim that is not considered healthy. Similarly a body weight of more that 5kg under the healthy weight range would indicate that a potential participant has health issues that would need to be addressed before participating in Elite Workshop.

Elite Workshop identifies your goal, identifies negative behaviour patterns that are obstacle to achieving that goal and positive behaviours patterns that enable that goal. You will be motivated to eliminate negative behaviour and promote positive behaviour. Your journey to you stated goal will be mapped out in a series of smaller, achievable steps with each step designed to bring you closer to you stipulated goal.
If you cannot commit to a minimum of 3 hours a week then Elite Workshop is not for you. It is recommended that you commit to the full six weeks, even if you achieve your stipulated goal before that time to allow consolidation to set in. This reduces the probability that you relapse into any previous negative behaviour and revert your successes.
Elite Workshop is exclusive, focused and free for participants. It is a highly successful program with enviable capacity, but that capacity is not unlimited. Elite Workshop selects participants that it considers have the best probability of success. This includes factors such as personality, personal circumstances, personal objectives and compatibility with a suitable Mentor.
